About us
Marco Hoedt, lawyer, studied law and economics at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and at the University of California. After working for companies and law firms he became German managing partner of a well-known international Executive Search Consultancy, where he developed an understanding of positions, candidates and the internal structure and culture of companies. Using that knowledge Marco Hoedt founded his own company, Hoedt Executive Search.
